Within hours of leaving the clinic you will receive a text message or phone call with a link to provide us with feedback about your visit. We will also send you a text follow-up 2 days after your visit to check in to see how you are feeling as well as offer one click access to speak with one of our providers in case you have additional questions or concerns about your treatment plan.
